Set up a prepaid account in which case you (the billing contact) hereby authorize as MZ LIMO Transportation & Corporate Car Service .redeem from your selected payment method ALL appropriate charges (services rendered and no shows subject but not limited to wait time (if applicable), and a fuel surcharge) Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or by a pr-approved private check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express.
LIABILITY: The Client is responsible for his/her guests in every regard to this agreement. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to our vehicles or property caused by client or party whether by accident, neglect or intent. EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE FOR ANY VOMIT/BODILY FLUIDS IS $499.99 MINIMUM, PLUS LOSS-OF-REVENUE AND REPAIRS. Client assumes responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to be made for these costs or any others due and not collected at the end of the charter. MZ LIMO Transportation and the chauffeur assume no responsibility for any articles left in the vehicle at any time and reserve the right to refuse service. Chauffeur may terminate the charter without refund should he/she deem client or party unruly or violating safe operation of the vehicle. MZ LIMO ssumes no responsibility for illegal acts of client or party during rental. No illegal drug usage. Violation will result in early termination with no refunds. MZ LIMO Transportation cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed an "Act of God". CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE TOUR/CHARTER LIMOUSINE @DATE WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL REMAINING BALANCE. BUSES REQUIRE A 14-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED THE REMAINING BALANCE.
